Accommodation:
Franklin College offers dormitory housing with a lively environment designed for campus living. Most students live on campus in one of the four residence halls.
Elsey Hall: This is the largest residence hall on campus, with capacity for up to 260 students, separated by male and female students. The rooms are double rooms with two beds, and the facilities include internet, washing machines, air conditioning, foldable furniture, a billiards table, and a kitchen area.
Hoover & Cline Halls: Cline Hall is the oldest residence hall building on campus. When Hoover Hall was also built in 1968, the two buildings were connected by an enclosed corridor, creating a shared space.
Hoover Hall has a total capacity of 105 students, 44 female and 61 male students. It is designed with double rooms, 6 single rooms, and 4 quadruple rooms, 4-bed rooms located in the basement.
Meanwhile, Cline Hall has a total capacity of 58 students, 29 female and 29 male students. It is designed with double rooms and 4 single rooms.
Both residence halls are equipped with air conditioning, kitchen areas, bunk beds, and laundry rooms.
Johnson-Dietz: This is a residence hall well known among Franklin College students because of its suite-style design. Each suite consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a shared room with large windows. It has a total capacity of 141 students, 76 female and 65 male students. It is designed with 37 suites, each including 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and a shared room, and is equipped with air conditioning, foldable furniture, a kitchen area, and laundry facilities.
Dietz Center: Established in 1994, Dietz Center is the headquarters of Career Services / Professional Development. It has a total capacity of 106 students, 68 female and 38 male students. It is designed with 60 single rooms and 12 suites, 2 bedrooms with one shared bathroom, equipped with air conditioning, sinks in the rooms, foldable furniture, carpeted floors, laundry facilities, and a kitchen area.
