American College of Thessaloniki, the tertiary division of Anatolia College, is accredited in the U.S. by NECHE, the New England Commission of Higher Education. With this accreditation, the Bachelor’s and Master’s programs offered at ACT are also valid in the EU through The Open University.

The campus covers an area of 45 acres, including the 4,500 m² Bissell Library, one of the most sophisticated private facilities of its kind in Southeast Europe, and the Stavros S. Niarchos Technology Center, which gives students access to the latest information technology equipment.

Tuition Fees
Applications are reviewed by the Director of Admissions and the Registrar, who are familiar with a variety of school systems and transcripts.
Applicants from non-EU countries, such as Kosovo, must demonstrate that they have sufficient financial resources available to cover tuition costs, books and supplies, living expenses during their stay in Greece, and transportation expenses to return to their home country.
Tuition fees at ACT are competitive, and the school’s goal is to ensure that academically strong students are offered the means, through financial aid programs, to pursue their studies.
Payment of the tuition fee can be made by credit card or by using one of ACT’s available bank accounts.

Accommodation:
American College of Thessaloniki offers off-campus accommodation in safe areas, close to the center of Thessaloniki and only a few minutes by car from the university campus. The residential locations are well served by the city’s public bus and metro system, with buses running every 10–15 minutes and trains running every 3–5 minutes. They are also close to supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, and post offices.
In addition, ACT offers a basic transportation service to and from campus once a day.
At each accommodation location, there is an ACT Residence Assistant, RA, who helps students settle in and get to know the city of Thessaloniki by organizing walks and various activities.
The apartments are furnished; however, you must provide your own kitchenware and bed linens. The building offers Wi-Fi and access to a shared washing machine.
One-bedroom and two-bedroom studio apartments are available for students studying abroad.
The accommodation deposit is $300.
By submitting the accommodation application and deposit fee, you reserve your room. Single rooms are assigned based on need and the order in which requests are received. The deposit is refunded at the end of the successful completion of the semester, after deducting any fees for additional expenses or damages.
