Drin Krasniqi -Â Co-Founder and Consultant
Drin has earned admission with a full scholarship and attends one of the most prestigious universities in the world, Harvard. His scholarship is worth over $300,000.

His TOEFL score was 117/120 (99th percentile) and his SAT score was 1510/1600 (99th percentile). He is also an Associate at the Consulting on Business and the Environment Club (CBE) at Harvard, where he consults for multi-million dollar companies.

In his free time, Drin loves to read fun facts, learn about history and geography, and do puzzles.

Tringa Krasniqi - Co-Founder and Consultant
Tringa holds a Master's in Business Administration from The George Washington University and has earned
over $350,000 worth of scholarships.
She has won the two most prestigious fully-funded scholarships in Kosovo to study in the United States, namely Fulbright and KAEF. She is also a Forte Fellow. On top of George Washington University, Tringa has gained admission to Temple University, Syracuse University, Rochester Institute of Technology, Babson College, American University, and University of Colorado - Denver.
When she is not checking admission essays, she loves to travel and read. She recommends everyone read "Man's Search for Meaning" by Viktor Frankl at least twice in their life.

Chester Eng - Consultant
Chester is an American teacher and Fulbrighter who has been living in Kosovo for almost five years.

Chester Eng is a teacher and youth project manager who has organized youth development projects and taught English language in Kosovo since 2016. He is passionate about helping Kosovars develop skills, knowledge, attitudes, and practices that are necessary for success and fulfillment in contemporary higher education. Under his guidance, students of his have gained access to more high-quality educational opportunities, including earning full scholarships to Yale University and the University of Pennsylvania. Chester continues to be committed to education as an engine of positive change.
Prior to moving to Kosovo, Chester worked as a tour guide and researcher in Washington, D.C. and taught English at a public high school in Düsseldorf, Germany on a Fulbright fellowship.
In his free time, he enjoys reading, following baseball and (American) football, cooking, traveling, doing crossword puzzles, watching films and late-night talk shows, and practicing photography. Like so many in Prishtina, he enjoys visiting local restaurants and cafes.

Flaka Shoshi - Consultant
Flaka is a Ph.D. candidate at three universities in Europe.

She has attended Dartmouth College, Heidelberg University, Sapienza University of Rome, Semmelweis University, and University of Prishtina. She has published 8 papers and speaks 4 languages fluently (including German and Swedish). Flaka has also attended 13 conferences in Croatia, Germany, Italy, Austria, Albania, and Kosovo.
When she is not busy learning new languages, Flaka loves to explore new places, read, and spend time with her nieces and nephews.
